Two reasons why I would definitely come back to this hotel: the beach is simply beautiful, and the hotel offers excellent rooms and an outstanding staff. The staff is what truly makes this hotel special. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made our stay unforgettable. My only suggestion is to improve the Wi-Fi in the restaurant area. Better internet access would also make things easier for the hardworking employees who are truly the heart and soul of this hotel. A special thank you to Jose Miguel (Isack), Adin, and all the wonderful ladies who took such great care of us in the restaurant. Your excellent service made a big difference in our experience!

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
During my 3 night stay, there were many issues we came across. Two of the most important were that there was no hot/warm water to shower in especially for smaller children. Secondly the ac stop functioning after the first night. Due to these circumstances they placed in another room because maintenance was not available until the next day. We found that for one of the listed best hotels on the island, where many people reserve their stay, the profits from these bookings do not reflect the overall aesthetic appearance, hygiene and functionality of the hotel.
