Il y avait énormément de guêpes. J’ai pris une vidéo pour le démontrer. Nous n’avons presque pas pu utiliser la piscine de 10h à 19hpar peur d’être piqués et avons dû aller tous les jours à une plage. Dès notre première journée nous avons indiqué vouloir quitter et se faire rembourser. On nous a seulement offert un dédommagement représentant 18% de la valeur de notre location. L’agent qui était en contact avec le propriétaire a dit que c’était normal et a envoyé quelqu’un 2 fois pour mettre des produits autour du toit. Cela n’a évidemment rien changé puisqu’il y a un nid quelque part qui doit être détruit. Nous n’aurions pas loué cette maison ni payer ce prix si nous avions su qu’il ne serait pas possible d’utiliser la piscine. Après notre départ j’ai écrit 2 fois à l’agence pour obtenir un dédommagement et mes courriels sont demeurés sans réponses.
