4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The cleaning was superficial and seemed to have been done merely for appearance’s sake. I had the impression that the duvet cover had not been changed. Some of the bathroom fittings were also faulty. For example, the toilet seat lid could not be kept in the raised position and would constantly fall back down. The fridge was excessively noisy, and I had to switch it off every night in order to get some sleep. There was also considerable noise coming from the neighbouring room, indicating very poor sound insulation. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort and peace and quiet.
