BED BUGS ARITI

BED BUGs . We booked Ariti 8 -15th Sept 2024 On arrival we were allocated Balaris apartments!! Not what we booked , our balcony faced onto the very noisy 2212 main road through Kassiop. BED BUGS - room 2 Balaris , covered with bites head to toe it materialised these were bed bugs which we found in both mattresses and bed frame.. Immediately went to Travel Corner who didn’t question this and moved us to another room. These bites caused such discomfort it ruined our holiday and we decided to check out and come home early.

Overall our stay here was really good however a few things could have been better. When we arrived there was no one to meet us or even any instruction on what room we were in. We had to find it all out ourselves by talking to other guests. Also the beds are hard and quite uncomfortable. Other than that it is good.

Apartments lovely,well equipped,modern bathroom and shower,nice area and quiet, disappointed as apartment was only cleaned once in seven days ,toilet bin and general rubbish bins only emptied twice in that period, particularly toilet bin. If this was worked on with owners I'd happily book again,that was our only gripe.

The accommodation itself was ok, typical tourist summer accommodation for Greece - not very new, but its cleanness was on a good level (although I am not sure that they were cleaning the pool). However, there are some things that significantly lowered our impressions. As soon as we came we texted the manger that we didn't have Wi-Fi in our room and that we had to chase for it across the yard. They replied that Wi-Fi is bad in that area in general and that the operator is working on that at the moment, which was a lie because we soon realized that our Wi-Fi works perfectly if we go across the street, which means that we are taking Wi-Fi from some other property. Also, when we were booking this accommodation, as part of "Comfort" it says that it has Air Condition, however, be careful to read the small letters - it has the air condition, however you will be charged extra 5 eur per night. Further, when booking, the information was that check out is at 11 am, however when we came there they said it is at 10 am. We notified them immediately that we will check out at 11 am as this is the information that was given to us when we booked and paid. They didn't reply, but the day of check out the cleaning lady came around 10:45 to yell at us that we have to hurry. We told her that we are leaving at 11 am, than she waited in front on the door hurrying us up. In general, accommodation for that price is not so good, but the service could be much much better.

Eine schöne Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einrichtung etwas älter, aber alles sehr sauber und alle 3-4 Tage Zimmerservice. Sehr schöner Pool und Außenbereich. Nahe zum schönen Zentrum und Hafen.

la struttura è ben posizionata e centralissima, l'alloggio a noi assegnato era buono e confortevole ad eccezione della collocazione che, purtroppo, dava sulla strada statale quindi molto rumoroso, anche di notte. rapporto prezzo qualità ottimale.
