While the second property is on the first floor(110m²) where there are 2 bedrooms, both of them with a double bed, a bathroom and a WC, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, TV, WiFi.
Furthermore, the house is surrounded by a wonderful garden where there are BBQ and outside furniture, a private entrance and enough space to park your car.
