The room was great, with a side view of the Mezquita. The one thing that went slightly wrong (a small problem with the shower) was fixed within 2 hours. The breakfast was fantastic value for money - hot and cold food, and fresh fruit. The staff were, without exception, friendly, cheerful and helpful. Amazing!

Lovely place, right across from the Mezquita, With great food around the corner. I'm stumped by the lack of hospitality in this regard: As I checked in for the night, I proposed extending to 2 nights. In the rainy off-season, it was obvious that they had plenty of vacancies. The clerk quoted me a price for the 2d night that was 10€ more than I paid for the first. Nope. I tried emailing the property to appeal politely. I reminded them that they need not clean my room until I departed. Just before bed, I received a verbose contract for 5€ more if single, 10€ if double. OK, I thought, I'll split the difference. Upon waking, I read the form letter more closely, I noticed that in order to pay more than I had booked it, I also had to vacate my room for the midday and then move to a different room. It's their business, and if they don't want money, I give up. I booked at a nearby hotel for LESS than my night with them. That outcome was lose-lose. I had to pack up & change rooms. The hotel also lost a chunk of €. And I am so mystified by this hassle that I am writing a negative review. Everything else was fine, but why did they push me to walk around the corner in the rain?

Have stayed at the Hotel twice. Both times excellent. Lovely, site with fun artwork and furniture. It’s well named “Museo.” Decor has old-world charm. Wonderful location. This time our room had a view of the Mezquita.

Hotel was totally a museum, and extremely well situated. Across the street from the Cathedral. Advertized as having air conditioning but only central. Extremely hot in the room, no window other than onto the breakfast room. Asked for fans and staff said they would look but never followed-up. Not accessible by car, no parking. All public parking close to hotel were full so it’s important to have alternative plans.

Su nombre de Museo es cierto . Para nuestro gusto, un hotel muy oscuro lleno de antigüedades. Por otro lado tremenda localización! Está justo al cruzar la Mezquita ! Además puedes caminar para ver las calles, ir de tiendas y visitar buenos restaurantes!

We really enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel. It's very central to the old town and right next to the Cathedral Mosque. The staff were friendly and the room clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
