Great penthouse in the center of Córdoba
Large and very comfortable apartment, brand new. It has 3 rooms with two beds and a fourth with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more seats, so that up to 10 people can sleep comfortably. In addition, it has two bathrooms, one of them inside the main room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with SmartTV.
At the top there is a large private terrace furnished with dining table and solarium area with stunning views of the avenue.
The house is completely isolated against noise, so, despite the bustling area, the apartment is quiet.
The apartment is located in the center of Córdoba, less than 10 minutes walk you can reach the historic center, the Jewish quarter and the Mosque and in a few minutes you will also find the historic Santa Marina neighborhood, with its famous courtyards.
Ronda de los Tejares Avenue is one of the main avenues of the city, in the commercial center full of shops, restaurants and all kinds of services.
The train and bus stations are only 15 minutes walk.
