The included breakfast: satisfactory. Barely. Proximity to places of interest: excellent Plenty of hot water in the bathroom at a moment's notice. Helpful staff But... My stay was ruined by the thumping racket of a Karaoke bar next door that went on till 3 AM!

The hotel was convenient to the central area of the city. The room was pleasant and had a nice view. The building had pleasant areas for socializing, and the terrace was wonderful situated, but bad weather precludes its use.

Cold in Orizaba

The location was good and the hotel is in good condition. Typical sterile modern hotel, good sized room and a nice bathroom. The only problem I had was that there wasn't any heating in the room and it was very cold.

Pésimo pésimo pésimo

Lo peor, llegue y el recepcionista me dice que yo había cancelado lo cual no era verdad y le mostré mi estado de reservación, me comunica con la subgerente y ambos gritándome y ofendiéndome que yo había cancelado cuando lo único que les pedía es que resolviera. Y me dieran la habitación aún cuando fuera otro hotel, fue muy vergonzoso, ya había leído estas acciones por parte del personal en otra página, aún así me aventuré, súper arrepentida, afortunadamente conseguí otro hotel, he haberme quedado ahí es peligroso, muy trampea o cae la niebla y no se puede manejar, aparte de todo me expusieron, en la foto el sujeto que solo me ofendió después lo reconoció y piensa que con una disculpa resuelve, de pena ajena

Buena opción en Orizaba

La ubicación del hotel es buena a dos cuadras del centro de Orizaba, así que te puedes desplazar a pie sin problema, el personal de recepción amable, cuenta con estacionamiento que aunque es reducido es funcional, la habitación cómoda a secas, incluye amenidades de baño, incluye desayuno bufet cumplidor. Cómo punto a mejorar es la actitud de la señora de la cocina, poco amable.

La limpieza está bien, la gente de recepción no es nada amable, las habitaciones son pequeñas, luego ponen música desde temprano y no la quitan hasta la tarde, no se puede descansar; la comida del restaurante es espantosa, no lo recomiendo ni volvería nunca. Es caro para lo que ofrecen, es terrible
