Pros-safe area & building, large apartment/rooms with 3 bedrooms; kitchen had all the basics; 1 1/2 bathrooms was nice to have; A/C; hot water & pressure great; relatively clean; outside of building and entryway well maintained; close to Plaza San Martin, bars, restaurants & shopping; good for large group on a budget not looking for a cozy or luxurious stay. Cons-Apartment had 3 bedrooms with doors, but the walls were thin dividers like what is used in office cubicles and did not go to the ceiling; very worn and stained flooring and walls; shower splashed water out and had stained, cracking grout; no attendant on duty; no lobby; apartment had a cold feeling, like a lab or office space; elevator seemed to have a low weight limit, often requiring someone to step off; noisy street late at night; overall poorly maintained apartment.

Excelente apartamento

Achei o apartamento e atendimento excelentes. O único ponto negativo é o barulho grande da rua a noite, pir se tratar de uma área com muitos bares e eu fique no primeiro andar. Tirando isso, a hospedagem é excelente e recomendo.
