Wonderfull Villa with sea view+big garden-located between L'ile Rousse+Algajola
The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms (accommodation for max. 6 people) with double beds (1x 1,60x2,00 and 2x 1,80x2,00) and 2 bathrooms with large walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc. In the living room you will find a large comfortable couch for 3 people and a smaller one for 2 people and an armchair. Satellite TV and digital radio with USB and Bluetooth are available, as well as free W-LAN. A large dining table for max. 8 people incl. dining chairs can be found in the living area. A washing machine is located in the bathroom. The house is very tastefully furnished and of high quality. The garden is very large with 3300sqm with meadow and lots of planting. There is also a large terrace with a fantastic sea view , view of the lighthouse of Ile Rousse, cozy corner bench with cushions and table. Furthermore, a wind-protected beautiful patio, also with table and chairs. Deckchairs and sunbeds with cushions are of course part of the equipment.
The house has heating in every room, ceiling fans (in 2 of the 3 bedrooms) and individually adjustable air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Free parking is available.
