Worst Place We’ve EVER stayed in!!

The room was dirty, the towels were stained black. We were better off sleeping on the floor as the bed was ROCK HARD!!! The set up of the room was so unorganized. We will never stay at another Whyndam hotel. Also why doesn’t your company offer Military discount? Have no RESPECT for OUR VETERANS?

The first room we were given had not been cleaned beds were unmade and dirty towels in the floor. The second room was non smoking but smelled like cigarette smoke. The were several individuals loitering outside of facility with garbage bags of belongings.

Cheap Stay Cheap Quality

The staff was wonderful but the place was gross. The water in the shower came out brown at first. The water in the toilet was brown. Hotel smelled like smoke. The TV was super old. The beds did the job and overall it was a fast and cheap stay but I don’t think I’d stay there again.

So far so good. Just checked in and got to my room. Check-In was quick and easy. Filled out a simple form with auto information. Had me put a tag in the windshield. Room is on 3rd floor and no elevators. Fortunately, just have an overnight bag. Room has a queen size bed and is up to date and comfortable. Bathroom is clean. No refrigerator but room does have a microwave and small coffee maker. HVAC unit appears to be working fine. Another decent Super 8, especially for the $52 rate through Expedia. Would stay here again.

I was in a room that was being updated, so it did not have all the amenities. The staff made sure I had everything I needed and helped me get settled. They were wonderful, and made my stay a delight. I will DEFINITELY be back again.
