Our room smelled like old cooked food, there were the previous guests' food left in the fridge and there was hair in the shower. The bed was very firm and the pillows were not supportive. There was trash left in the hallway. The staff was friendly, but you could tell they were stretched thin. The breakfast area was clean and it was good.

Check in was easy , and simple elevators moved pretty quickly on a busy-ish weekend. First appreancence was this is going to be a really nice hotel because it's brand new. WRONG !! BUGS IN THE SHOWER, DIRTY SHOWER, DIRTY COMMON AREAS,When we arrived we put our belongings down and left for the evening came back to shower after being out all day, finally giving the room a deep walk around to Bugs in the shower, and around the bathroom floor. Alson cthe rooms floor and shower looked like it had never been cleaned. I have both videos and photos for proof.Also the common areas in the hotel weren't the cleanest first thing we see walking to our rooms were trash bags lined up down the hall on the way to our room wasn't something i wanted to see before getting into my room, elevator floors were dirty, and trash all over the lobby floors looks like they hadn't been swept for a few days or more. I hope the management team looks into this and gets things fix around the hotel, it would be a shame to see a potentially good place go down l because you can't keep up maintenance around the property. #333

The hotel is new and quite nice. While the beds were comfortable and the linens were clean, the floor was very dirty and sticky. The outside of the fridge and microwave were also very dirty and sticky.

The hotel was very clean and cozy overall, and the staff were all very friendly, which made our stay very satisfying. We had three people in the room, so it was a bit inconvenient that there was only one chair, but aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations. I was very pleased with both the service and the condition of the hotel, and it was a stay worthy of a 5-star rating.
