Terrible place, this hotel is a belizean hotel and it's located in Belize, however we need to cross a border to get there and we need our passport, I have no idea about, so we cousln't stay, we called them and asked for a refund, they said no that's not their problem, I contect support from hotels.com no answers either or compensation even wehn I asked for it. Hotrible experience don't book here.

Once Belize customs was dealt with, the property is a huge value. There was a small Odor in the room and the staff in the restaurant needs a lot of training but the room itself is above par for Belize properties.

Not a good experience. The rooms were very outdated and not spacious. Very loud as you could hear all the noise from the casino. The ac was also very noisy. The beds were old and not comfortable.
