Room not properly cleaned after smoking guests. I arrived late in the evening, and noticed a strong smell of detergents and went to bed. Next morning chemical smell had disappeared and I could smell smoke. A hotel like yours should not release a room before it iis checked that such smells are over

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The location is not close to downtown Copenhagen. However, there is a train station located about a 10-12 minute walk from the hotel.
