A lovely apartment for 4 persons with 2 bedrooms in Copenhagen's Sydhavn neighborhood

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
A really lovely and newly renovated apartment located in the Sydhavn neighborhood of Copenhagen. You can take a dip here in both summer and winter. If you are heading to the downtown area, you can take the number 7 bus or get on one of the harbor bus boats.

Free parking in a private parking lot (remember to inform us of your license plate number when you book).

The apartment consists of:
Hall, combined living room / dining room with exit to a balcony, 2 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains, combined toilet / bathroom with shower.

The apartment is equipped with:
WiFi, TV that is streaming capable, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a building with an elevator.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Lovely, modern apartment in a very quiet area. Apartment was spotless and there was plenty of room for 4 of us. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was very easy and we were met by a lovely lady who handed us the keys and showed us around the apartment. Metro and the bus boat are only a 5 minute walk away and there are 2 supermarkets very close by. Would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Cute Place but not clean

The apartment/condo is very cute and the location is nice. Our issue is with the cleanliness of the apartment. It was not swept, surfaces dirty, and the fixtures like the sink, shower, and toilet were not cleaned, but the worst part was the human hair everywhere. It was quite disgusting.We reported this to the property management and they sent someone out to clean but the cleaner let us know that the cleanliness is as good as the owners keep it.Also it did not seem like the dishwasher worked.

Neues urbanes Gebiet mit vielen jungen Menschen. Mit der Metro 4 ist man von Enghave Brygge in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum. Es lohnt sich auch mit dem Hafenbus in die Altstadt zu fahren.

Schönes Wohnen in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig direkt am Wasser. Mit dem Wasserbus ist man innerhalb von 20 Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt. Aber auch fußläufig kann man die Stadt von hier erkunden. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert, für das Auto gab es einen Stellplatz im Parkhaus.

Toller Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist ruhig mit ein paar kleinen Restaurants. Das Auto steht sicher in einem Parkhaus ca. 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Gepäck kann man aber direkt vor der Haustür ausladen. Das Busboot ist 4 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt und fährt einen in die Innenstadt mit weiteren Stopps die man nutzen kann oder nicht. Das Auto haben wir kaum gebraucht, da zwei Einkaufläden ca. 6 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt sind. Alles wirklich toll und die Abwicklung hat trotz sprachschwierigkeiten super geklappt. Wir kommen wieder !!
