Check in was ok but we’ve stayed at this hotel 2 years in a row and both times we requested a wake up call and both times never got one. Very frustrating as we assume staying in a hotel on airport property they would be more conscious about making sure people get to their flight on time.

Soft Landing

I returned late from a 10-day trip, arriving at 9:30 pm and lugging ski gear in addition to a suitcase--and starving. Got a quick check in with assistance storing the ski gear and advice to get to the restaurant and order before 10:45, which I did. Room was quiet even thought it was on the runway side of the hotel. Got a great night's sleep and then a perfect breakfast served by Renee L., the best.
