The studio apartment was clean and toilets were clean too.
Would have been nice to have a bit more secure parking spots inside. Had to park outside on the road. That is not a big issue, considering the convenience and cleanliness of the space.

We enjoyed our stay, private, spacious and quiet. Improves would be the mattress is old and saggy. Casting on TV un-achievable. Sink plug in kitchen not working.
Overall good but it is showing signs of wear. The price for the room was premium and for that reason expectations are higher.
