Very Poor Hotel Management. A stray dog came in and out of the hotel at will. The night duty man led the dog out...but that lasted only a few minutes and the dog was in the kitchen and had the run of the main floor. Later, at one point there were four paid employees watching the dog. The milk was bad and was reported to the kitchen worker. She went for milk but upon return, she was so busy watching the dog that the milk was not served! These are only two illustrations of management at the lowest levels.

Expedia failed to pay the hotel when I checked in after paying online. This was not in any way the hotels fault and was 100% on Expedia. The hotel staff worked for over an hour to ensure my Expedia made the payment , and was overly accommodating and apologetic for an inconvenience that was never his fault in the first place! Excellent staff and service we will be back ! Thank you 🙏
