There were noise warnings upon check in....keep quiet after 10pm...no problem. Neighbors dogs barked all night long. One of the king beds sagged badly in the middle. Property was without gas for approximately 20 hours of our stay making using the dryer and having hot water to shower impossible. The owner worked at getting this fixed but it was an inconvenience.

Cute Spot In Conroe

My husband and I came in town to spend some time with our kids and grandkids and stayed at this cute little spot in Conroe. Everything was as listed. It’s a duplex/townhouse but the amount of space the house has was perfect. It was really huge on the inside. We had everything we needed.

Wedding Weekend

Very clean and well updated home that was perfect for our family to be together while attending a wedding in Conroe, TX. Loved having 2 bedrooms with King size beds and a very large master bedroom. The property was close to all types of retail outlets as well as multiple choices for dining.

Softball tournament stay

The location was excellent for where my daughter had her softball tourney (Gene Campbell Field). Property was clean. The host Ruthe was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay. I would return.

Beautiful home

Was pleased with overall look and feel of the house. Location was perfect for our purposes. We did have a little trouble getting in due to a code change, however, my text was answered immediately. Everything was clean and tidy. Beautiful home. The downstairs was a little colder than the upstairs but was manageable. We very much enjoyed our stay.
