Smart flat screen TV's with Wi-Fi in every room. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for family vacation with all the comforts of home.

SMOKING-Strict NO smoking policy in house. If it is noticeable that smoking of any kind has occured, a fine of $500 dollars will be collected.

Home Away From Home

We needed a long term stay option in the Conroe area and this house has been PERFECT for my family. The house is well appointed and nicely updated. The host is amazing and very accommodating to our needs. The fenced in BIG backyard was great for my two young boys to get outside and play. Great location! Highly recommend!
