Set amidst the enchanting countryside of the purple Périgord, this spacious vacation home offers guests plenty of space and comfort. The house is all on the first floor and has an inviting living area with air conditioning and a spacious dining area next to a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities. The bedrooms consist of three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a fourth bedroom with 6 single beds, ideal for teenagers or children, each with en-suite shower rooms. The property has a large, wooded park with garden furniture and a swing, providing a tranquil setting. The private pool, secured by a diving alarm and perimeter fence, provides a relaxing retreat from the warm summer sun. In addition, two picnic tables for six people each and eight sun loungers complete the outdoor area, while a designated parking space completes the facilities. The vacation home is located in the countryside in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre. The village of Conne de Labarde is close by but has no local stores.
