New and modern vacation house for 4 people with private pool, air condition, free wifi. New and modern vacation house for 4 people. Its located near to Conil, only few minutes away by car, its perfect for quiet and relaxing vacations not far away from the town and his beautiful beach.

Details:
2 bedrooms, one with double bed and other 2 with two single beds each one.
1 bathroom with shower
Large living room equipped with comfortable sofa, TV with Spanish and international programs via satellite, dining table and chairs.
Open kitchen with wash machine, dis washer, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, and all other necessary kitchen utensils.
Furnished porch with garden furnitures, protected from the sun and wind and with views to the private pool. Near to it there is the barbeque.
Private pool completely fenced for the safety of the children, surrounded by flowers and garden. Sun loungers are available. The pool measures 7x3,5m and has a small Jacuzzi. Near to the beach there is a chill out area.
All windows have mosquito nets.
The house has air condition and free wifi.

In the plot is completely walled and there is enough space to park. The distance to the town of Conil is about 1,2 km and the nearest supermarket 800 m.

Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb. Ist schön eingerichtet und war sauber. Kleine Instandhaltungsmassnahmen müssten vorgenommen werden. Wenn man nichts gegen Tierlärm hat können wir das Haus empfehlen.

CASA MUY COQUETA

La estancia con mi familia ha sido genial, la valoración de la casa es un notable (8/10) alto. Los supermercados cercanos, para ir a las playas y zona centro hay que utilizar vehículo. Las imágenes son iguales que en la realidad. El aire acondicionado tendría que tenerlo en las habitaciones también, podría ser el único pero, la limpieza y la atención de Mª Carmen espectacular. Lo dicho una casa muy acogedora.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist wirklich super schön und es hat uns tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, tolles großes Badezimmer und der Außenbereich mit Pool super zum entspannen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt und die ruhige Wohngegend empfanden wir sehr angenehm. Supermarkt und Stadtzentrum gut zu erreichen und schöne Strände in näherer Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas, a la casa no le falta detalle, es mejor incluso que en las fotos, esta mas cerca del pueblo de lo que parece en el mapa, en poco mas de 10 minutos estas en el centro. La verdad que repetiria en esta casa, si volvemos a Conil, sera el primer alojamiento que mire.
