La Torre A

Las Torres is a total of 4 semi-detached houses. They are located in the villa settlement of Fuente del Gallo about 2.5 kilometres from Conil. The large sandy bay of Fuente del Gallo is a 5-minute walk away. A small supermarket for the necessities as well as a really recommendable restaurant with an excellent price-performance ratio are in the immediate vicinity.

Guests have various options for spending time outdoors: A furnished terrace in front of the living room, another terrace behind the kitchen equipped with table and chairs, a private roof terrace with a beautiful view over the area to the sea, and of course the large garden.

On the ground floor there is the living room with the well-equipped kitchen, separated from the living room by a counter, and a WC. On the first floor are the 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds, and the bathroom with shower-bath. The balcony of one of the bedrooms leads to the roof terrace via an outside staircase. On the roof terrace is the laundry room with washing machine, clothesline and clothes horse.

A hot/cold air conditioning system is installed in the living room as well as in the bedrooms and ensures pleasant temperatures in the house all year round.

Top Haus und top Location!

Ein tolles Haus mit großem Garten und in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Auch nach Conil ist es zu Fuß nur ein schöner Spaziergang. Rundum super, Objekt (und Agentur) sind absolut empfehlenswert!
