The property is located at the tip of the Cabellou peninsula in the town of Concarneau.the garden is fenced.a large terrace to the west borders the heated swimming pool and secured by an electric shutter.
Holidaymakers have a large table on the terrace for lunch or dinner in the shade of the electric valve.
The volume of the bright and well-equipped rooms contributes to the quality of an environment conducive to relaxation with family or friends.
The dining room with a surface area of 60m square allows for gathering and conviviality. The kitchen is furnished and equipped for large families.
Upstairs, two out of 5 bedrooms have balconies to the west overlooking the bay. The villa has a shower room with sink on the ground floor with separate toilet and upstairs a bathroom with double sinks.
The villa is surrounded by beaches, the closest of which is 100m away.these fine sandy beaches allow you to swim or fish pieds.La practice of sailing can be done for young people thanks to the sailing schools in Concarneau.market or running enthusiasts will be able to use the marked courses of the coastal paths to enjoy the landscapes.
The nearest restaurant and bar-tabac are barely 500m from the villa and the other food shops at 1.5 k (bakery, supermarket, pizzeria ..)

Maison spacieuse et idéalement située. Pièce de vie très agréable. Plages magnifiques à proximité. Commerces proches également. Propriétaire très gentil. 2/3 petites remarques cependant,- le four d'appoint n'est vraiment pas adapté pour cuisiner pour 12. Beaucoup trop vétuste et petit pour ce type de logement. - la clim n'est présente que dans l'entrée. Avec une seule unité. Elle est inutile pour rafraîchir les chambres ou la pièce de vie. - moins gênant mais surprenant quand même : les alèses sur chaque lit sont imperméables. Pas très agréable pour un lit d'adulte. Mais elles étaient surtout très tachées, quasiment toutes. La plupart des draps housses sont des draps classiques, sans rebords. Nous devions refaire les lits tous les matins, puisque les draps housses s'en allaient toutes les nuits. Le ménage à l'arrivée est vraiment minimaliste. Le jardin, et la piscine sont très agréables.
