This quaint cabin is tucked away at the base of small hill in the Canyon Oaks Subdivision. Free river access is available approximately 1.5 miles away at Frio Country Resort. This home offers a playscape, basketball hoop and pool. El Cabinito is perfect for a small family getaway.

All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.

For your convenience, bed linens will be provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We advise you bring additional for your stay.

The rooms were much bigger then they looked online pool was big we definitely enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back again and was a perfect price

Great stay during the eclipse

We loved our stay here! The location was wonderful. It was so nice to have river access nearby. The property was very private. Management went above and beyond when I reported a problem (I made a request and they did more than I asked for). Our only disappointment was we didn’t realize how cold the pool would be. But we visited in the beginning of April. I’m sure it’s warm during the normal swimming season. The river was warm enough to float and play in. We found this area to be very beautiful, the people were kind and the food was great.
