Staff uninterested, room ok,ish bathroom smelly at times, had lump of metal sticking out of floor, hot water not always available. Building work going on directly opposite which we were not informed about and not acknowledged by the hotel. When room key left at reception just left on counter for anyone to pick up Would not book again.
