A vacation home that was once a family home, nestled in the beautiful Sierra Almijara mountains, belongs to the Cómpeta region, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

The cottage has been restored, preserving its traditional charm, its thick walls, and its rustic style. Throughout the rooms, wood of various shapes and warm colors prevail, giving it a discreet and friendly atmosphere. The exterior is dominated by stone, which blends harmoniously with flowers and vines. The cottage blends the traditional construction style of the area with modern amenities, so you can feel happy and enjoy these days in total comfort.

Upon entering the cottage, you'll find its spacious living room. A little further on, you'll find the kitchen-diner, from which you'll have direct access to the spectacular terrace that awaits you every morning to offer you the best views of the Axarquía while you enjoy your coffee. It also has three bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one en suite with a shower and the other separate with a bathtub. Equipped with a fireplace, washing machine, satellite TV, etc.
All bedrooms and the living room have hot/cold air conditioning (charges apply for €30/night).

Outside the cottage is the swimming pool, a large porch, a barbecue, and a parking area. The property is not fenced.

The road to the cottage is paved; the last 300 meters of the lane are winding and steep, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located. Cómpeta is 4.5 km away.

It's inevitable that you'll lean out onto your terrace to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea horizon and let your gaze linger on the splendid vegetation of olive, almond, and vine trees. At this point, I recommend you take a deep breath and let that scent of the countryside penetrate your senses, and you'll feel your inner voice whisper: "This is life!"
