HOTEL SUNSET SAN CARLOS : Beach hotel with free WiFi and free parking. Located near the beach.
The rooms were very nice, especially for Baja standards. Great hot water and the beach is right across the street. Has a restaurant, but not sure of the hours, as it was closed on Monday. Lots of restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.
