Individual cottage under construction (work will be completed in late November), located in a quiet location, very close to the slopes of Combloux but also the village of Megève (about 5 km). The chalet is also near Chamonix (about 30 km) and Annecy (about 70 km). Strategic location for hiking in the mountains and high mountains.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen open to a living-dining room, a master bedroom with bathroom, a separate toilet, a ski room (boot dryer and gloves) and a sauna. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
Magnificent views of the mountains of Mont Blanc, Aravis and needles Warens.
