I booked for my daughter’s birthday. I arrived & the room wasn’t ready yet. We wait about an hour which was frustrating but they did offer us free room service for there delay. Once getting in the room, housekeeping rushed the process because the previous bookers food was left in fridge, there was no towels, no ice tray, remotes were gone, floor had water everywhere from shower & there was no soap at all. I’m never a picky person but due to my plans it put a big delay in everything.

Our stay in Columbus was absolutely Amazing 😍! We were close to the hospital which was our reason for our visit. After visiting family and having a very stress-free location to return to .Truly helped us to regroup our minds and destress our souls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was Absolutely Wonderful, helpful and has a very pleasant personality ( which is important and comforting) This hotel has exceeded our expectations of comfort and quality 💖. I have never felt so at ease in a hotel room . ( especially since Covid) We will most definitely stay here again ,without hesitation!!! Thank you Residencial Marriott for your hospitality. It was Truly Appreciated. May you continue on this route of quality service & and an Amazing hotel . Keep up the Fabulous job!! May your staff be Wonderfully Blessed 💝.
