Under the bathroom vanity was a soiled towel and a clump.of hair...clearly the floor wasn't swept or mopped or thosecwould have been cleaned up. Breakfast service oerson didnt show up. Parking fee wasn't in the booking, but was comped after the problems. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and the staff were nice and apologetic.

I stayed in a king suite it was great. The bed was comfy and I was out early into my night woke up fresh. The breakfast was solid. There is a deposit of 100 if you don't already know as well as parking pass (12$)

The room was awful the toilet seat was ready to fall off the toilet paper holder was broken there was shampoo in the cream rinse container the charged my credit card 100.00 for incidentals without saying anything and I’m still waiting on a refund I called them about it and the front desk person was really rude about it I will never stay there again

We had an appt with lawyers for tomorrow. It is a two hour drive to Columbus Oh, so we wanted to go down the day before. On our way today, our attorney called and said they had to cancel tomorrow's appt and rescheduled us for Dec 10. We turned around and came home. I tried calling the hotel, they said contact Expedia. Wanted to change reservation to Dec 9-10, one night, two beds, just like we had booked for today. Wrote to contact Expedia and your reply was withdrawing the funds from my acct. Now, will need to spend the money again next week. Our nerves were already shot from thinking about this visit with the attorney. Then to lose our money too... it was heartbreaking. Most likely will not use Expedia again any time soon. It's not like we have extra money to throw away. Very hurt, Martha Scofield
