Had a great stay, would have been nice to have easier, free wifi, but I guess just cause basically every hotel I have ever stayed at has it doesnt mean they have to. There was convenient parking and the rooms were clean. Beautiful, historic hotel. Staff was helpful. Bought a croissant and chocolate milk with my free drink and somehow it was $22. Nice to stay once, but probably a little out of our league for a return trip.

Great place to stay!

Receptionist was very friendly and outgoing. Very nice to talk to. She explained all the amenity’s. Loved the free food and drinks during cocktail hour. Location is excellent for Kembra Live. Great place to stay for a weekend getaway!

Overall the property was very good. Staff was attentive and trained friendly. The property felt safe and was generally clean. Only complaint is there was a large noticeable stain on the window curtains. I can understand how HK would miss it while doing a general room cleaning but it was very noticeable when you opened/closed the curtains.

Rooms were very clean. Good dinner and breakfast. Assistant General Manager was so kind and helpful. Staff walked around collecting dinner plates. Top notch service all around.
