Natasha was wonderfull!! she had to upgrade our room due to the location the original location was pick,but, after we came back from our x-mas party the room was very cold. the heater would not work.Staff brought up 2 blankets per our request since it was late and we did not want to relocate then. i went to check out in the AM, and Natasha remembered my name and apologized for our experience and compt our room.the last thing i would expect! She was insistant and was very professional in her duties! Also, your extras for your guests are wonderful-good food (AM&PM). WE WILL BE BACK!!
