The staff at the front desk were outgoing, quick, and nice. We ended up in a room where the A/C was not working. But the staff quickly allowed us to move to a different room. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfy, and in a good location.

Our room was clean. We were pleased with the customer service of the two front desk staff. They handled each guest with great hospitality. I'm highly impressed. They were patient with us and made our stay pleasant with their great attitudes and service. I can't remember their names, but I want to say Jennifer and Troyshonda. Amazing job.

There was black kinky hair in the handle of the refrigerator, as though someone combed there hair above it. I had to blow it out of the handle to pull the refrigerator open. There was also another wad of this kinky black hair on the carpet. There was no one there to check out. I left my key on desk. I need a receipt for my stay as this was for business purposes.
