Room was spacious and clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Location to the campus is great. Only minor issue was the AC didn't cool as well as I would have liked (left on 65 but stayed 72 or so entire time), but we were on 3rd floor so may have more to do with temp in room beneath us than our AC. Would recommend and will likely stay again.

Overall hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, when we checked in, our first room was very musty and smelled of mildew. We asked for a different room and they were able to get us into another room without any hesitation and apologize profusely. Second room was better, but still was musty. I feel that this property needs to update if they want to keep up with the other hotels in Starfall. Overall free breakfast was outstanding in the location is excellent.

It was a great room and all staff were very friendly and helpful. However I was disappointed that the pool did not open until 10:00. I swim every day at 7:30 for excercise. By 10:30 I have already left for the day

Campus Orientation stay. Very pleasant visit. Everyone at the hotel was charming and welcoming. Our room was very clean and had all of the necessary items. Extremely close to campus.
