Clean with pleasant staff.

Room was very clean and nothing was extremely old, updated in last few years. P.m. and a.m. staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was good enough for my brief stay and area was vibrant. Only issue was the construction right next door that started at 6:30 A.M. Thin walls...on all sides! Would definitely stay again if needed. My Queen room had a microwave, refrigerator, and sofabed.

The property was great. Our room was very nice and clean. I liked being able to sit on a sofa. It was a great price for the room. The morning breakfast was great. The only thing I didn't like was seeing postings at the breakfast area and in the elevator on how we can scan a QR code to give tips. I find that distasteful. I have never seen that before in any hotel.

The elevator was very slow to open and was somewhat concerning but worked well while we were there. There is only 2 floors, nothing nearby in walking distance except a Dave and Busters. There is an indoor pool that we did not use, but seemed ok. Breakfast provided in the morning and what you would except. Nothing fancy or super great, but decent to get you going and included. I will also say the beds were pretty comfortable and the room was spacious.

Stayed here for the Ohio State game for the weekend. It was a wonderful day. Great breakfast wonderful staff. The property was very clean and the room was extremely spacious. Definitely will stay here again when in town.

Not impressed like I have been with other Best Westerns. Hardwood floors in rooms mean you can hear the people in the next room walking around. Front desk understaffed. Pillows not good.
