My family enjoyed staying here. The comfort and cleanliness was fantastic! The snack area had a large selection of snacks, food, toiletries, etc that you don't need to go out to the store. That was a real bonus since our previous hotel lacked sufficent options. The breakfast was just ok, but that's not a deal breaker for us. The only negative comments I have is that the receptionist wasn't friendly/nice at all and that the hotel didn’t have a pool. We often stay at Staybridge hotels and this was the first one we stayed at that didn’t have a pool. I was shocked when asked especially because the hotel was newly built. Overall, I rate it 4.3 stars. I would have given it 5 stars had it had a pool, and a friendly receptionist.

Hotel was clean except one of the elevators. When booked it said top floor but got 3rd floor. Breakfast, good and bad. Eggs, sausage were not very good. They did have gluten free options, fruit, gluten free muffin, yogurt

Pretty on the outside but liars on the inside .

This hotel is nice but the charge for parking why and I paying parking and the parking lot is apart of most hotel stays . Also the housekeeping staff doesn’t follow directions . I translated to her what I needed in my room and they didn’t even deliver it . I had to go to the front desk for my towels. Very misleading in the 3rd party booking site .

Definitely a great stay!

Most comfortable bed and lovely suite. A/C was tough to regulate. Off and on. Cold and warm. Great shower, and spacious bathroom.
