Standard hotel. Directions bring you to the front side. But, parking andvthe entrance is on Lady Street in the back. My bathroom at home is cleaner. Housekeeping ran out of supplies to remove red shower growth. Nobody changed linens on second bed. Drape dropped off and bright light ended sleeping early in the morning.

This hotel is very conveniently placed between downtown Columbia and the Riverwalk. We were able to walk to almost every place we wanted to see. Breakfast was included and the selection of food was very nice. The room was comfortable and spacious. Please note you will be charged daily to park your car in their parking lot.

It was ok this time. We have stayed here before and it was better. It wasn’t as clean this time around, shower was a bit dirty, and comforter needed a wash. Breakfast was just ok- front desk staff were great tho! Very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing

I was disappointed because the reviews were good. However, the staff was not friendly. They were either on their phones or talking amongst one another and did not greet anyone. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. I was told this had to be requested. There was frequently garbage and dishes in the hallway. The Hyatt reputation is not what it used to be. :(

The hotel was very nice and breakfast was a good variety. I only felt that the beds were a bit hard, otherwise everything was perfect. I had a great stay and I will stay again.
