Change bathroom door for more privacy. Sliding glass door is strange. Why not just hang a bedsheet if you’re trying to cut costs? Put microwave in rooms. We had to carry our food down to the lobby and use the communal microwave. Pretty sad. Provide better towels in bathroom. Present towels are ones like you find at a gym, if that. More attention to 24-7 coffee tea service. Overall, just a poor effort compared to years past. Will probably skip this place on next visit to Columbia.

This felt more like I was staying at a Days Inn instead of a Hyatt. The front staff was mediocre at best but one young lady needs to take training so she knows that guests should ALWAYS come first, even when on the phone with your GM. The valet stops at 11 pm but is not advertised that way nor did staff communicate that until I pulled up after 11pm, only to be told I would need to park my own car. The lot was full so we had to find parking on the street. Do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel.

On the day of my arrival, I called the hotel several times to let them know I would be checking in late, but no one ever answered. When I arrived around 11:30 PM, no one was at the front desk and the doors were closed, so I had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to come. Once I got to the room, I noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the vents and shower head were dirty. The tub was peeling, and the sheets were dingy instead of clean and white. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

We reserved a king suite on Expedia . We ended up in a handicap suite for some reason. The shower water goes all over the bathroom which is little annoying .Suggest a long drain by the shower vs a circle drain by the toilet .
