The hotel itself was fine. The staff was extremely inattentive: 1) called the front desk to ask that someone bring a toilet plunger as the toilet suddenly stopped flushing. 25 minutes later, I finally had to walk down to the front desk and request a plunger again. 2) went down for breakfast in the dining area. Had to loudly hail the attendant, as she had earbuds in and was NOT paying attention to the customers. Would not stay here again.

Room are big and cozy but overall facily has very poor maintenance and have problems with cleaning. Coffe all over the floor in the lobby and elevators for 2 days... reception lady wasn't friendly and helpful at all.
