Great getaway

Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Comfortable room with kitchen and laundry. Lots of free activities on site (mini golf, tennis, shuffleboard, movie rental, craft activities, happy hour).

Beautiful and peaceful location. Loved the lake view and abundant wildlife to watch and enjoy. Staff was very friendly and accomadating. My only complaint is that we didnt plan to stay longer. Definitely will come again. ❤️

Came solo, this time was in town for a training. But this is a perfect location for a family getaway! Or even a girls trip! Beautiful views gorgeous sky at night where you can see the stars. I loved the kitchen and washer and dryer! But oops left a load of laundry behind so remind to check to dryer before you go!

Nice property but communication failure

Front desk was organized and responsive. However, during our 2 night stay the unit was schedule for an installation of fiber. We did not receive the "notification that should have been posted on our door", I don't believe we should have been booked in that unit. We returned from our morning hike and lunch out to discover the doors wide open and workers in/around the unit. Quite unsettling. We weren't comfortable leaving until the workers finished. We communicated with the front desk, an assistant manager called early evening offering to send housekeeping but really couldn't give me back our disrupted afternoon of our only full day in Pagosa Springs.

This is a terrific place to stay. We were going to the Hot Springs, scenic driving and hiking. The place is well equipped and activities center has a great gym. Living room, kitchen and view are all great. Google Maps works well but the printed map given to us by front desk needs to be remade. Pinion and Park were not well printed. At night you can't read the street signs.
