This beautiful home has so much potential. While this host offers a clean home, he also offers amenities that are there but don’t work. The whole purpose of us choosing this place was for the amenities. Me and my husband spent almost an hour trying to hook up the equipment to watch movies and were unsuccessful. I messaged the host and he half-heartedly gave me suggestions of what we could do to make it work. We ended up giving up. I specifically asked him after reading his poor reviews on AirBNB, if everything would be working and available to us. He said “yes”, but that wasn’t the case. A few of the leather sofas were ripped with the stuffing coming out and I did bring this to his attention and he said he didn’t know about that but he would fix it. We didn’t use the hot tub because of the reviews about it and although it may have worked we didn’t want to chance it. The rooms are clean and are equipped with TV’s and Roku but for most of them if you don’t have your own streaming accts you cannot watch anything. One of the bedrooms needs a new mattress because my sister was very uncomfortable with it sinking in. There was no wine as listed. I get the impression that this host is just in it for the money, and that’s fine but you can still make sure that you give what you list and you check on your guests to make sure they have what they need. But it was clean and that was great! We should’ve checked the reviews first before deciding, hopefully he will make changes to his hosting
