The check in Lady was very professional and kind, the room looked nice and seemed well kept. The issue was in the bed itself. The linen was clearly used with lots of wrinkles, crumbs and hair on one side. Luckily I carry my own sheets so I just used the bed. The lavs were okay but I did not feel comfortable taking a shower as the floor of the tub was filthy. The checkout Lady issued me new keys for the room when I tried to check out at 2am and was confused when I tried to tell her again I was checking out. I have stayed here several times a year and loved the place otherwise, very close to the airport and usually clean and friendly. Not so much this time.

Cold Showers; no hot water!

Not sure what the problem with the shower water not getting warm/hot. The faucet did have hot water. We had to take cold showers. Let it run, run and it never got warm/hot.

The place is a bit no frills but with thought anf comfort. I love the staff, the cleanliness, the size of the rooms and the amenities. Breakfast is simple and satisfying. I would stay at this location each time I come to Colorado Springs. The price is right!

A Good Choice

Second time staying here. The place is great. Breakfast is decent. The bed is comfortable. The pool and hot tub are nice to chill in. The only bad thing is that the dog fee is so high. Most places i stay charge $10 or $15 and here is is $25 a night.

A waste of time

Check-In was good. Other than my employee was new and didn't tell me details of my rental like checkout time, What time the pool closes? My My family had aunts call on them at the pool area. The pool was nice and warm but the hot tub was mediocre warm and the Jets came on but it didn't have no power to the Jets so it was really a waste of my time renting this room
