You will feel like you are on top of the world when you stay at this romantic cabin. Enjoy the fantastic views from the deck or when sitting in the hot tub. Inside the cabin, you will find a main floor master bedroom with a king size bed. The living room boasts a large stone fireplace that is perfect for those cold winter days or nights. The upstairs loft has 2 twin size beds for extra guests.


The cabin is nestled in a charming mountain community, where you'll find gravel roads maintained by the county. During winter, these roads are plowed by the county for easier access. The cabin's driveway is plowed whenever snowfall exceeds 4 inches; however, please note that our plow service may take up to 24 hours after the snow stops to reach the cabin. For your convenience, snow shovels are available on-site should you need them in an emergency.

The view was ieven better in person.This is a very cozy feeling cabin that is wel stocked for cooking and grilling your meals, which we prefer to do. The location is a very private feeling in the moutain even though u have neighbors near by. At night time the star gazing is amazing since there r no street lights it's pitch black at night. The host is very responsive. I would definitely rent again. We stayed for 7 nights the only drawback I had was no washer/dryer. John and Vikki from Louisville, NE

Perfect location. We were visiting Cripple Creek area and this location was perfect. Easy to get over to Florissant, the Wolf Sanctuary, Cripple Creek, and Victor. Quiet, nice hot tub, and great deck. It was just two adults and a dog, so a perfect size cabin for us. If bringing a dog be aware the land around is all slope/hillside so we did have to walk our pup along the road for potty breaks.

Stunning views!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The area is beautiful and relaxing.This cabin is cozy and comfortable. Coffee and meals on the deck were great when it wasn't raining. Spring in Colorado, you have to expect thunderstorms.We will come back one day and have already recommended to friends and family.

Great Remote Little Cabin

The cabin is quiet and very cozy. The area is "remote" with no real neighbors to speak of. It was very clean and the views were incredible. Would certainly recommend this for a small family or couple who is looking for an excellent mountain escape. We look forward to going back.

Private and Quiet

Great little cabin in a very private location. Enjoyed the views, especially the stars at night from the hot tub. Use Google Maps to get there. We used Apple Maps to go in and it took us on a needless 20-minute route. Once we saw where we were it was easy to get out to the highway in just a few minutes. Overall, a good place for a couple or small family to get away.

Great experience the whole way around. The hot tub and the views were the highlight but we enjoyed everything. Storm came in and dumped a foot of snow and they had a crew cleaning out the driveway the next day which was very much appreciated! 100% recommend!

Another great stay

This was our second Halloween-time stay - and it was great, again! The place is small, but perfect for us and our old dogs. Very peaceful and relaxing. We even found an interesting ghost tour to do in Cripple Creek this year.

Quiet and Peaceful

What a wonderful little cabin with scenic deck views. Close enough to hit the hot spots (11-mile canyon, Cripple Creek, Pikes Peak, etc) but definitely off the beaten path and blessedly quiet. The cabin sits on a very sharp slope so no opportunity for walking but it made for great porch sitting!

We enjoyed our stay although it was mainly a place to sleep as we did sight seeing throughout Colorado the entire 5 days we were there. We never spoke to the owner except to let him know the propane tank for the gas grill was empty. The shower had little to no water pressure and the floor creeked in the master bedroom, so tread lightly when making late night bathroom trips. Beds were comfortable and appliances seemed in good working order. Oh yeah, the 1 mile road up to the cabin is bumpy as Hell so make sure you got good shocks on your truck. All in all it was a nice place and Colorado is beautiful this time of year. .
