RIVA HOUSE is located in Colonno, a small village known for its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. It is characterised by narrow cobbled streets, stone houses, and a breathtaking view of the lake, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a corner of peace. RIVA HOUSE is a modern three-storey flat. It consists of an open-plan living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bed and 2 bathrooms.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONRIVA HOUSE is a tasteful and modern flat in a characteristic house in the centre of Colonno. Arranged on three floors. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with sofa bed, next to it a double bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with large shower. On the second floor open space living area and kitchen. TV area and dining table with a small but functional kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. On the third floor is a large and bright attic bedroom with TV area and en suite bathroom with shower.

The flat, with Wi-Fi available throughout the house, can accommodate up to 5 people. It does not have air conditioning but fans are available.

The flat can only be reached on foot and has no private parking space. Public parking spaces are located approximately 500 metres away.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGRIVA HOUSE is located in the most historic and characteristic part of the centre of Colonno, which is why it can only be reached on foot. Public car parks are 500 metres away: from the nearest car park you have to walk up a steep road with steps.

We would like to point out that this is not a suitable place for those with mobility problems, and for your convenience, we recommend light luggage.

Colonno is a charming little village on the western shore of Lake Como, known for its natural beauty and authentic charm. This picturesque village is an ideal place for those seeking tranquillity and breathtaking views. The view of the lake, with its crystal-clear waters and reflecting mountains, is one of the main attractions. Colonno is also an excellent starting point for excursions into the surrounding green hills. Trails from the village offer beautiful panoramic views of the lake and mountains, such as the famous Greenway to Griante. Thanks to its location, it is a peaceful corner away from the tourist hustle and bustle. It is perfect for those who wish to immerse themselves in the nature and serenity of Lake Como.

Please note that there are no bars or restaurants in Colonno and the nearest supermarket is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 3.5 km from the flat.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), renting a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

A bus stop is 200 metres from the flat, and a boat stop is 500 metres away. Please note that there are only 2 ferries per day passing through Colonno: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In the nearby village of Argegno you will instead find a boat every hour.

A very spacious and modern house (3 floors) at 3 mins walking distance from the lake. If you don't mind the steep pedestrian path in front of the house you will have a wonderful stay here at lake Como.
