It appears that the hotel is not particularly accommodating when it comes to addressing guests' needs. Although the property has been recently refurbished, the quality of some details was lacking, and the cleanliness fell below the standard we expected based on the advertised presentation.

The hotel was really centrally located, walkable to a lot of the main tourist spots and train stations. The room was great for what we needed, only negative was the noise from underneath us at breakfast time (assume it was people moving their chairs along the floor) but this was only an issue for one day. Staff were friendly and the free breakfast was appreciated.

Great location & price

This hotel is in a great location - close walking distance to the cathedral, main shopping area, riverside and old town squares & restaurants. Lovely staff and great breakfast. Whilst our room was reasonably basic, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfortable.
