we were given a room on the bottom floor which had patio doors that opened onto the car park.There was no privacy you would have to have had the curtains shut the whole time,after asking to be moved the receptionist eventually managed to move us and the room we got was fantastic,would rate the hotel and stay as a ten,apart from one thing,No milk to make a coffee 🙁

The room had everything you needed including a dishwasher if you want to self cater. It is so close to the centre of Colmar and the large area parking is convenient although charged separately. This is the best value accommodation that we have found on our travels in France and Italy !

Wow what a place. The hotel wonderful. The staff are welcoming and so polite. Our room was so spacious and clean. There is an indoor pool which was very welcome but very popular with guests. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Colmar is stunning. So much to see. We loved Little Venice.

Fantastic hotel choice

Loved our rooms! We had the top floor with big skylight windows. The air conditioning worked great which is huge! The rooms were very clean and spacious. Our kids were excited to swim in the indoor pool too. The location was perfect for exploring Colemar which was just a few minutes walk away. We had a vehicle but the onsite parking was sold out when we arrived (so try to book that in advance if you are able) but the lady at the front desk had a good suggestion for another one that was about a 10 min walk away which worked just fine for us. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, great price, location, and clean and bright.

We had an excellent stay. Room was spacious and clean, kitchenette was quite useful when traveling with a 1 year old. Swimming pool is small but nice and not busy. Reception was friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be to equip the kitchenette with some essentials like washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc. which we had to buy and leave behind.

I have enjoyed the stay and the wonderful city and region, all the staff was nice a part one person, Celine, she was very unpolite and did not treat us as a guest. She did not support us when we had a problem with the stroller that broke and we were asking only a place where to throw it away.

I was skeptical about this booking due to the mixed comments but we liked it the most out of any of the hotels during our trip. Super convenient because of the kitchenette and very practical. We have some dietary restrictions so this is something which was much appreciated. The area is safe and walkable, the staff is friendly, we enjoyed our stay.

This Hotel cannot be recommended. They were unable to provide the type of room we had booked. Instead of fronting up and acknowledging they put us in a cheaper, smaller, lower standard room that was not fit for purpose. When confronted the Manager did accept the problem and agreed to sort out compensation for the error. In spite of direct contact and the involvement of Hotels.com there has been no attempt to correct their error. They should be removed from the Hotels.com property list.

Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money.
