In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60⏠for cleaning fees will be charged to you.
For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.

Colmar
The property was ideally located in the middle of old town Colmar with a small grocery on the first floor. As show in the photos, the unit is spacious and has everything you need to cook simple meals. The property managers are very responsive even in the weekend. . Our only suggestion would be to get a smart tv for the apartment

Location superb for a base for Alsace and the wine routes.
Nice size for our group and quite modern apartments.
We stayed when very hot so missed having any air conditioning but fans provided.
As central location do expect hustle and bustle of town centre but would stay again.

Once you figure it out the parking in Kolmar the rest is easy. Office was right across the front door. Everyone was helpful. Couldnât ask for a better property. Worked perfect for our needs
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen mit Blick auf die schönen FachwerkhÀuser und St. Martin.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer angenehm und die Schlafzimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind mit guten Matratzen und Bettzeug ausgestattet.
Ein kleines Manko ist die Toilette ohne Waschbecken. Das Bad war okay. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen wie Tische und BadoberflÀchen.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens empfehlen.
