Cet appartement est très bien placé à Collioure. Il est conforme au descriptif de l annonce . La literie est bonne . La propriétaire a bien voulu nous donner les clés avant l heure d arrivée ce dont nous remercions. L appartement est bien insonorisé, propre et joliment décoré. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable à Collioure . Nous reviendrons

Bon séjour
De belles vacances à Collioure, cet endroit est très jolie . L'emplacement de la location est vraiment idéal pour tout à pied : commerces et plages à proximités.
La boulangerie juste en dessous est appréciable pour le petit déjeuner mais la chaleur du four monte directement dans le Patio, donc impossible d'en profiter ( surtout en été) c'est dommage. Le sol de la chambre est également chaud, heureusement que l'appartement est équipé de la Clim.

Un four en été
L'appartement est très bien situé en plein centre, décoré chez Ikea, mais avec goût. Les chambres sont grandes et la douche agréable.
Gros bémol, on vit au dessus du four de la boulangerie, résultat en période de chaleur (33° la journée pour nous) le sol de la chambre devient un véritable radiateur (impossible de poser le pied sur le sol) et la terrasse inutilisable à part pour sécher les vêtements.
Même la clim à fond toute la journée n'a pas suffit à faire refroidir la chambre en dessous de 27° la nuit. C'était un peu mieux lorsque les températures exterieurs sont redescendues.
Bref, il faudra isoler la chambre pour que je revienne l'été.

Cosas positivas: El piso tiene muy buena ubicación y su tamaño es correcto. La pequeña terraza es bonita.
Cosas negativas: El suelo estaba sucio, al estar con un bebé que lo toca todo y no para de moverse por todos los rincones tuvimos que barrer y lavar el suelo en todas las estancias. Los filtros del aire acondicionado en el salón estaban súper sucios, la máquina expulsaba partículas negras con el aire. Las toallas no estaban bien lavadas, después del primer uso olían a humedad. El pasillo que lleva a la escalera de entrada al piso es bastante estrecho y encima al final tiene un escalón que es muy poco visible. El piso no tenía la cuna aunque en la página web estaba indicado que la tenía.

Très bon séjour
Le gite est très bien situé, côté de tous commerces, resto, et plage. Le gites est propre et bien équipé notamment pour les bébés. Il y fait très chaud au dessus de la boulangerie ( bémol pour l'été) .

appartement très bien situé dans la ville
L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une rue piétonne très animée, à deux pas de la plage. Il est bien équipé, bien décoré avec une bonne literie.
Seul bémol : boulangerie juste au-dessous ! La climatisation, à condition de la laisser allumée en permanence, permet de réguler à peu près la chaleur des fours (le sol reste quand même bien chaud) mais, pour ceux qui ont un sommeil léger, la machine à pétrir à 5h du matin vous laisse de bonnes longues journées pour profiter de la belle ville de Collioure ! Cela dit, on peut apprécier d'avoir le petit déjeuner tout chaud, tout prêt (et tout près!) et aimer les odeurs de viennoiseries aux aurores... Et les enfants, au sommeil plus lourd, ne se sont plus réveillés dès le deuxième jour... Pour les adultes, prévoir des boules Quiès et ça devrait faire l'affaire ! Parce que l'appartement lui-même est vraiment sympa, c'est dommage...
