Sehr praktische und schöne Lage: Nur 1 Minute zu Fuß zum Strand und 5 Minuten zum Einkaufszentrum Carrefour City. Ein typisches Viertel mit engen, verkehrsfreien Straßen – also ruhig. Im 2. Stock des Hauses konnte man aber Nachbarn hören. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der lokalen Kontaktperson über SMS und Telefon war nicht immer super schnell, aber sie war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war nett und effizient (Reparatur von 2 Heizungen wurde am nächsten Tag erledigt). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch wenn ein paar Bettwäsche für die Doppelbetten fehlten. Die beiden Küchen sind gut ausgestattet, mit Gewürzen, Öl, Zucker und schönem, typisch regionalem Geschirr. Es hätten vielleicht noch ein paar größere flache Teller vorhanden sein können. Die Spülmaschine befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, aber da wir im Esszimmer der 1. Etage gegessen haben, konnten wir die Spülmaschine nicht wirklich nutzen. Die Matratzen und Betten sind komfortabel. Eventuell könnte die Beleuchtung an den Betten/Nachttischen im oberen Stockwerk noch verbessert werden. Das "kleine" Sofa im TV-Raum war nicht wirklich praktisch, um zu viert bequem zu sitzen (besonders bei Unwetter…). Das Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche im Erdgeschoss ist modern und sauber. Das Badezimmer im 2. Stock, ebenfalls mit WC und Dusche, ist klein und eher „älter“.Das Haus war gut beheizt und hatte eine schöne, persönliche Atmosphäre.

Très belle maison de vacances, bien aménagée pour une famille. La literie est confortable. La présence de deux salles de bain est appréciable ainsi que la climatisation efficace. L'équipement de la cuisine est très bien. Peut-être ajouter une crêpière et un fouet manuel, ce n'est qu'un détail ! La présence d'une cour aménagée avec tables et chaises est un grand atout ! Tout comme la place de parking ! Nous avons également apprécié le matériel de mer, notamment les paddles. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement ! nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Collioures

Un emplacement idéal, de l'espace pour chacun et une salle pour des moments de convivialité partagée avec nos adolescents, un équipement complet et l'indispensable box pour profiter pleinement de Collioure et de la région.En bonus, des paddles et des kayaks pour varier les plaisirs nautiques.Tous les ingrédients pour une belle expérience que nous aurons plaisir à réitérer.
