The Casale delle Lucciole

The farmhouse, independent and with an area of 150 square meters. it is surrounded by the green hills of Sabina. The location is quiet and panoramic and ideal for reaching the medieval villages of Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria. The two-storey property is furnished in a rustic style, consists of four bedrooms, two doubles, one double with a single with private external exit and the last with two singles. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, a double living room with a fireplace and sofas, a television and a dining table for ten people and a well-equipped kitchen with a gas oven and a five-burner stove. . There is a heating system, Wi-Fi, board games and a small library. A garden of 5000 square meters, all fenced with a beautiful view of the hills of Sabina. There are two small outdoor barbecues near the patio where there is a lava stone table for 8 people and a second large barbecue with two braziers next to the warehouse where wood is present. An orchard with about 50 fruit trees, where it is possible collect seasonal fruit from May to November; there is also a small white grape arbor with a rosemary hedge nearby. At disposal of the deckchairs and swings to relax in the garden, a hammock and a swing in the shaded area, on carefully cut lawn. Dogs are welcome.

Una piacevole vacanza in Sabina.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo di Ferragosto per nove notti in questa bella casa di due piani arredata con gusto e molto accogliente. All'esterno un piacevole e fresco patio con tavolo, sedie, sdraio e piccolo barbecue esterno ci ha permesso di far colazione e pranzare godendo del panorama. Un vasto giardino circonda tutta la casa e si estende tra querce, cipressi, abeti, che offrono ombra molto gradita specie nelle ore più calde, una piccola pergola di vite di uva bianca, cespugli di rosmarino, oleandri e varie piante ornamentali, e prosegue poi in pendenza divenendo frutteto, di cui molto volentieri abbiamo degustato i frutti biologici del periodo gentilmente offertici da Marco, il proprietario. La proprietà, completamente recintata, è immersa nella campagna delle verdi colline circostanti. Abbiamo apprezzato con entusiasmo la presenza delle mucche e dei vitellini al pascolo nei terreni limitrofi e la simpatia dell'allevatore e dei vicini. Abbiamo portato con noi anche i nostri due cagnoloni "cittadini" che hanno gioito di tante curiose novità e del poter vivere tutto il tempo all'aria aperta e godere con noi di cotanta natura.
