Just what we needed

Perfect property for a family. The host was VERY accommodating and the house had everything we needed. It was a quiet neighborhood out of the city - but not too far of a drive to get to where we needed to go. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to College Station.

Clean, convenient, and quiet. Good location out of the city in quiet neighborhood but close enough to places within minutes. Had no issues with anything in the house!

Really great place to stay

The place was clean and very comfortable with great AC, a nice kitchen, a swing on the porch and good vibes. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, but it's a decent drive from campus. By the standards of a bigger city, it's not far, though! We would definitely stay here again due to the really nice accommodations and excellent communication with the owners / property managers.

Trailer surprise!!

The trailer community that our VRBO is in, was a very quiet neighborhood with the occasional dog bark. The trailer homes around our VRBO seemed to be in fair to poor shape. The people (neighbors) we met were friendly and welcoming! Our trailer looked unassuming from the outside! The inside was AMAZING!! The home was modern with all you would want in a home away from home! The decor was en pointe! The bedrooms were lovely with comfy beds! Everything was great from the bathrooms, bedrooms, family room, to the kitchen! It's a short drive to Texas A&M with all you might need near by! The HEB is just a quick drive for stocking the fridge for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need for meals and dining! We had a lovely stay! We were in Aggieland for our son's graduation! Our time at the trailer was perfect for resting and gathering during all of the graduation hoopla!

We chose this location because of its proximity to the Reserve townhomes where our son lives. The location was perfect for us & the area was pretty quiet & worked great for us. The place was roomy enough for us & felt cozy. Everything was very clean & had everything we needed. We would book a stay here again.
